1月起火車票預售期延長至20天

今天上午，記者從鐵路部門獲悉，火車票網絡購票、電話訂票及代售點和車站窗口預售期均有調整。 調整一：電話訂票全國通取. 2013 年1月1日起，通過電話預訂車票的旅客可憑有效身份證件，到全國任一車站窗口或代售點換取已訂車票，實現電話訂票全國通取。
