彰化火車站無障礙升降梯啟用

... 往來，運載約2萬7千名旅客行經彰化縣，身障朋友「橫跨」間距600公尺的站口與月台，難度相當高，經過多年反映及立法委員林滄敏爭取，台鐵耗資近2000萬元建造升降梯與空中走廊，今天落成啟用，台中運務段長蘇鎮霖、彰化站長何水忠歡迎身障者多多搭乘火車。
